05 Basketball Receivables. Means the Company's accounts receivable attributable to the 2005 portion of the 2005-2006 basketball season listed on Schedule 1.21. The amount of the ‘05 Basketball Receivables shown on Schedule 1.21 are net of any consulting fees that may be payable on account of the corresponding item.
