Any quarterly report on Form 10-Q submitted by any Obligor or any Obligor's Subsidiary to a Governmental Authority, including but not limited to the SEC, along with copies of the financial statements contained in such quarterly report and any quarterly report to shareholders of any Obligor or any Obligor's Subsidiary for the fiscal quarter then ended.
