100 Acceleration Event

100 Acceleration Event. "100% Acceleration Event" means any of the following events: (a) closing by VEDO of any new financing in excess of Three Million United States Dollars (US $3,000,000); or (b) any time when VEDO has a quarter end balance sheet with in excess of One Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US $1,500,000) in cash or cash equivalents.
