102 Employee. An employee within the meaning of Section 102(a) of the Ordinance (which as of the date of the adoption of this Appendix means (i) an individual employed by an Israeli company or any Israeli branch being a 102 Affiliate, and (ii) an individual who is serving and is engaged personally (and not through an entity) as an office holder by a 102 Affiliate, excluding any Controlling Stockholder)
