10YEAR US TREASURY RATE. Means, as of any date of determination, the yield, adjusted for constant maturity, of 10-year U.S. treasury notes, as reported in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (or, if such release is no longer published, such other report of the Federal Reserve Board as may replace such release) on the date of determination, or if such yield is not reported on the date of determination, as of the most recent date on which such yield has been reported.
