11 CLIENT

11 CLIENT. Shall mean any person (1) who is a client of DeltaForce as of the date of this Agreement and immediately prior to the sale of the Purchased Assets to the Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement; (2) who was a client of DeltaForce at any time during the one year period immediately preceding the date of this Agreement; and (3) to whom DeltaForce made a new business presentation as a prospective client at any time during the one year period immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.
