110 Creditor

110 Creditor. Means a general creditor of the Company or a Subsidiary, as appropriate, and Judgment Creditor means a Creditor who has obtained a judgment against the Company or a Subsidiary, as appropriate, from a court of competent jurisdiction and who has made written demand to the Company or such Subsidiary for payment on such judgment which has gone unsatisfied for at least 180 days.
