110 Fiscal Year. The 52 or 53 weeks ending on the last Saturday in September. Within each Fiscal Year, the term "Fiscal Period" shall mean each of the four or five week periods used by GMCR in its internal reporting to approximate monthly periods within such Fiscal Year.
