111 Disability

111 Disability. Shall mean a disability as that term is defined in the Long Term Disability Plan of the Company, if any, or if there is no Long Term Disability Plan, disability shall mean a physical or mental condition that renders, or is expected to render, the Participant permanently and totally unable to perform his usual duties or any comparable duties for the Company. The determination of the existence of a Disability shall be made by the Committee and shall be final and binding upon the Participant and... all other parties.
