112 Holder. Means, with respect to any Award, (i) the person to whom such Award shall have been granted under the Plan, or (ii) any transferee of such Award to whom such Award shall have been transferred in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7.7, 8.3(e), 8.3(f) or 8.4(d).
