112 List Price

112 List Price. Shall mean the list price of the Licensed Software (including interfaces), the Ancillary Products, and any Third Party Software based on the price lists shown on the attached Schedule 1.1 (for Ancillary Software) and Schedule 1.12 (for Licensed Software and Third Party Software) as may be modified by OSI from time to time as provided in Section 8(a).
