113 Eligible Compensation
113 Eligible Compensation. Shall mean the base salary and bonuses paid by the Company to the Participant for the Plan Year. 2 1.14. Employer Contributions shall mean any contributions credited to the Participant's Account in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Plan.
