113 Relocation. In the event Tenant does not timely exercise their right to expand to the additional areas as reflected on Exhibit "A" , Tenant hereby waives this right of expansion and Landlord has no further obligation to lease this space to Tenant. In the event the Tenant elects to exercise their first right of refusal on the eMerge space as stated in paragraph 1.14 below. Tenant agrees to pay for the relocation cost and expense.
