1135 Term Loans
1135 Term Loans. Shall mean, collectively, the term loans made by or on behalf of Lenders to each Borrower evidenced by the Term Notes as provided for in Section 2.3 hereof and in Section 3 of Amendment No. 8; sometimes being referred to herein individually as a "Term Loan".
