114 Person. Means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, unincorporated organization, association, government agency or political subdivision thereof or other entity. Annual Incentive Plan 1.15 Plan - means the Company's Annual Incentive Plan as set forth herein, and as the same may be amended from time to time.
