119 PSIP Technology PSIP Technology. Means any and all proprietary code, technology, inventions, works of authorship, know-how, algorithms, methods, processes, procedures, techniques, solutions, and any other type of technical information provided by PSIP and used to design, develop, test, manufacture or distribute the Authorized OKI Device, including without limitation, any and all technology embodied in the PSIP Material and Source Materials, excluding any OKI Technology.
