12 Affiliates

12 Affiliates. Means entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with a party to this Agreement. Notwithstanding and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Oki Systems (Thailand) Ltd., a Thai corporation, shall be deemed to be an Affiliate of OKI.

12 Affiliates. Any OCS Distributor or FS Distributor that is under the control of a Licensed Roaster, or is under the common control of a Licensed Roaster and a third party. "Control" of a particular person or corporation as used in this definition shall mean the possession of power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of the corporation, whether through the ownership of voting stock, by contract, by appointment as an executive officer or otherwise.
