12 Common Words. The following words shall be interpreted as designated: (i) "or" connotes any combination of all or any of the items listed; (ii) where "including" is used to refer to an example or begins a list of items, such example or items shall not be exclusive; and, (iii) "specified" requires that an express statement is contained in the relevant document.
