12 Other Defined Terms Interpretation. All other terms, words or phrases, other than those defined in Section 1.1 above, which are written with an initial capital letter shall have the meanings given to them elsewhere in this Agreement. As used in this Agreement, any references to "appendices, articles or sections" shall mean the Appendices, Articles or Sections of this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise.
