Example Definitions of "13 Confidential Information"
13 Confidential Information. Shall mean any data or information, other than Trade Secrets, that is of value to a party to this Agreement and is not generally known outside of such party. To the extent consistent with the foregoing, Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information about the parties' employees, the parties' business methods, Page 1 contracts and contractual relations with the parties' vendors, its products, designs, business plans, business opportunities, finances,... research, development, know-how, customer lists and customer's confidential information. Confidential Information also includes the terms of this Agreement and any information described in this paragraph, which either party obtains from another party, which the receiving party treats as proprietary or designates as confidential information, whether or not owned or developed by the receiving party.
