13 CONFIDENTIAL MATERIALS. Shall mean any and all materials containing any of the Confidential Information, whether created or prepared by Consultants or by others, including, but not limited to, writings, memoranda, notes, notebooks, manuals, documents, drawings, illustrations, models, prototypes, records, plans or other material in physical or machine readable (including, but not limited to, computer disks and files) form, as well as any abstracts or extracts of any of the foregoing.
