14 Building Parcel. The land described on Exhibit B attached and any other parcels of land at any time designated by Landlord to be added thereto (but only so long as such designation remains unrevoked) which are, or are to be, used for or in conjunction with the Building, including, but not limited to, parking areas, landscaping and all improvements to any such parcels.
