14 Disability. Means any cessation of the Executive's employment with the Company as a result of a physical or mental condition which prevents the Executive from performing the normal duties of his or her current employment. Means Executive's inability to substantially perform his duties and responsibilities hereunder by reason of any physical or mental incapacity for two or more periods of ninety (90) consecutive days each in any three hundred and sixty (360) day period, as determined by a physician with no history of prior dealings with the Company or Executive, as reasonably agreed upon by the Company and Executive.
