15 Custom Modification

15 Custom Modification. Shall mean changes to the Software, requested by WORLDTRAVEL and agreed to by TRX, that change the existing functionality of the Software to meet specific needs of WORLDTRAVEL, for which WORLDTRAVEL will be charged an additional fee to be negotiated and agreed upon in writing. Ownership of all Custom Modifications and all proprietary rights related to thereto shall remain with TRX.
