15 VEHICLE FEE. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof, and represents payment to MECHEM as consideration for the exclusive relationship set forth herein, and as recognition for the previous significant contributions made by MECHEM in conjunction with FPI to FPI's design, development of proprietary information and data as well as intellectual property rights acquired by FPI as a result of the manufacture of the BUFFALO pursuant to the prior transfer of technology.
