16 Governmental Requirement. Any law, enactment, statute, code, ordinance, rule regulation, judgment, decree, writ, injunction, franchise, permit, certificate, license, authorization, agreement or requirement of any Governmental Authority now existing or hereafter enacted, adopted, promulgated, entered, or issued applicable to the Premises.
