A K-Cup that contains coffee or other non-coffee soluble hot beverage base prepared and packaged by Diedrich and labeled "Diedrich Coffee", "Gloria Jean's", "Coffee People" or such other brand name as permitted by this Agreement. "Diedrich Coffee", "Gloria Jean's", and "Coffee People" are registered trademarks of Diedrich.
