19 Documentation. Shall mean all operator and user manuals, training materials, guides, listings, specifications and other materials necessary for understanding and utilizing the functionality of the Licensed Software Products, Remote Services and Custom Application Software, including materials useful for design (e.g., logic manuals, flow diagrams and principles of operation) and machine-readable text of graphic files subject to display or print-out.
