1991 Plan

1991 Plan. Shall mean the CenterPoint Energy, Inc. 1991 Benefit Restoration Plan, effective as of July 1, 1991, and thereafter amended, as in effect on January 1, 2005, which plan is intended to be a "grandfathered plan" for purposes of Code Section 409A. Only benefits earned and vested as of December 31, 2004 (and the earnings thereon) shall be provided under the 1991 Plan.
