1996 WARRANTS

1996 WARRANTS. Means, collectively, the warrants originally purchased pursuant to the 1996 Warrant Purchase Agreements, together with any warrants issued in replacements of (including upon transfer of) such warrants, which are currently reflected on the Company's books and records as warrant numbers 11, 13, 15-17, 20, 22, 26, 28, 29, 31-43, 60-63 and 69.
