1998 INDENTURE. Means the Indenture, dated as of November 25, 1998, by and between the Company and Bank of New York, as successor to IBJ Schroeder Bank & Trust Company, as trustee, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of September 26, 2001, by and between the Company and the Bank of New York, as Trustee.
