2003 Senior Subordinated Notes

2003 Senior Subordinated Notes. Shall mean the Senior Subordinated Notes of the Company issued pursuant to the 2003 Indenture, as the same may from time to time be renewed, rearranged, modified, increased or replaced and as otherwise permitted by the terms of this Agreement including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 9.01(m).
