2004 Indenture

2004 Indenture. Means the indenture relating to the outstanding 91⁄4% Senior Notes due 2014, dated as of February 20, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of May 20, 2004, and as such indenture, as amended, may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
