2010-2 LTIP Units. Units of limited partnership interest of the Partnership designated as "LTIP Units" in the Partnership Agreement awarded pursuant to this Agreement under the LTIP having the rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
