2012 Indenture

2012 Indenture. Means the indenture, dated as of November 8, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors and the Bank of New York Midwest Trust Company as trustee, pursuant to which the 2012 Notes are to be issued, as such 2012 Indenture is amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
