2013 Indenture

2013 Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of July 1, 2003, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time, governing the 2013 Notes.

2013 Indenture. Means that certain Indenture dated as of the Effective Date among the Borrower, each of the Guarantors as defined therein and U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of Effective Date, as the same may hereafter be amended or supplemented pursuant to Section 9.04(b). 1
