2014 Note Indenture
2014 Note Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of June 3, 2003, among the Company, Fort James, Fort James Operating Co. and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the 2014 Notes are being issued, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
