2015 Transactions

2015 Transactions. Means, collectively, (a) the execution, delivery and performance by each Loan Party of this Agreement, (b) the Borrowing of the Tranche E Term Loans hereunder and the use of the proceeds thereof in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and this Agreement, (c) the issuance by the Borrower of its 6.50% senior subordinated notes due 2025 in an initial aggregate principal amount of $450,000,000 and the use of the proceeds thereof, (d) the repayment in full of the outstanding Tranche B...
