2020 Revenue. The Revenue of SciPlay and its subsidiaries for the 2020 fiscal year excluding: (i) non-recurring or one-time financial results that the Committee determines must be excluded to ensure 2017 Revenue and 2020 Revenue are calculated on the same basis; and (ii) the impact (positive or negative) of any Transactions, as determined by the Committee.
