2028 Notes. Those certain unsecured Senior Notes of the Borrower issued after the Sixth Amendment Effective Date and before the date on which the New Borrowing Base Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 2.07(d) with respect to the October 1, 2021 Scheduled Redetermination of the Borrowing Base.
