203 Award Agreement

203 Award Agreement. Each Award of Options, Restricted Stock or Deferred Stock shall be evidenced by an Option Agreement, a Restricted Stock Agreement or a Deferred Stock Agreement. Such Award Agreement shall conform to the provisions of the Plan and shall specify the Date of Grant, the Option Price for grants of Options, vesting provisions and any restrictions for grants of Restricted Stock or Deferred Stock.
