214 Salary. A Participant's salary, commission, and other payments for personal services rendered by a Participant to the Company during a calendar year, determined prior to giving effect to any deferral election under this Plan, any before-tax contribution election under a 401(k) plan sponsored by the Company, and any before-tax contribution election under a Section 125 (cafeteria) plan sponsored by the Company.
