217 Retirement. A Participant's termination of employment with the Company (or any subsidiary, partnership, or joint venture of the Company) for reasons other than death, total disability (as defined in the Pension Plan), or disciplinary reasons (as that term is used for purposes of the Company's Corporate Policy 10.2, Termination of Employment) at any time after the Participant has attained age 55 with 10 or more years of service (as defined in the Pension Plan).
