224 Holding Company

224 Holding Company. Means Bridge Street Financial, a stock corporation to be organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. Such corporation will be initially formed as a first-tier, wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank. Upon completion of the Conversion and Reorganization, the Holding Company shall hold all of the outstanding capital stock of the Bank.
