224 Parent. Means any corporation, other than the Company, whether now or hereafter existing, in an unbroken chain of corporations or other entities ending with the Company if each of the entities other than the last corporation in the unbroken chain owns equity possessing more than fifty percent (50%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of equity in one of the other entities in such chain.
