225 Officer. Means the chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer, president, chief operating officer, executive vice president, senior vice president, vice president, secretary, treasurer or principal financial officer, comptroller or principal accounting officer and any other person performing similar functions with respect to any organization whether incorporated or unincorporated.
