237 Special Meeting

237 Special Meeting. Means the special meeting of Members of the Bank called for the purpose of submitting this Plan to the Members for their approval, including adoption of a federal stock charter and new bylaws to authorize the issuance of capital stock and otherwise to read in a form consistent with a federally chartered stock form savings bank, and any adjournments of such meeting.
