242 Collateral. Means all personal property of Dealer, whether such property or Dealer's right, title or interest therein or thereto is now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located, including by way of example and not of limitation, all Accounts, Chattel Paper (whether tangible or electronic), Deposit Accounts, documents, Equipment, General Intangibles (including, without limitation, Payment Intangibles, Software, tax refunds, licenses and intellectual property, in each case,... regardless of whether characterized as general intangibles under the UCC), Goods, Instruments (including, without limitation, Promissory Notes and Vendor Credits), Inventory, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Rights and Supporting Obligations; and all Products and Proceeds of the foregoing.
