248 Indebtedness. Means all present and future indebtedness and obligations of Dealer to CPC arising from CPC's agreement to extent credit for Financed Inventory or loans under the Revolving Credit Facility, whether or not arising under this Agreement, of whatever kind, now due or to become due, absolute or contingent, and whether joint, several or joint and several.
