3 Month LIBOR Rate
3 Month LIBOR Rate. Means the rate for deposits in U.S. dollars for the 3-month period commencing on the applicable interest reset date which appears on Telerate Page 3750 at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on the applicable Interest Determination Date.
